Berkeley budget visualization
Created a visualization of the City of Berkeley's annual budget using d3.js. Inspired by Open Budget Oakland.
Studying public policy and environmental engineering at UC Berkeley.
Working at the intersection of engineering and public policy to address sustainability challenges.
I'm a graduate student at UC Berkeley studying Environmental Engineering and Public Policy. I grew up in Berkeley, and earned my BS from UC San Diego. I've worked on miniature air quality sensors at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, developed a full-stack data visualization webapp for The International Council on Clean Transportation, and served on the Board of Directors for Engineers for a Sustainable World, a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
I'm a self-taught web developer using data visualization to inform policy. This homepage is to showcase my web projects - check them out below!
Below is the (growing) list of web projects I've worked on. Click on any of them to be taken to the site!
